
How I got here
My design career started in financial services, where I spent nine years at Macquarie Group learning what it means to design for high-stakes, complex environments. Trading platforms, portfolio management tools, internal systems that thousands of people relied on daily. This is where I developed my instinct for clarity in complexity.
I moved to Atlassian to work on the tools that power modern teamwork. Over six years, I've led design for enterprise admin experiences across Jira, Confluence, Loom, and emerging AI capabilities. My work focuses on the surfaces that enterprise customers interact with most: the admin, governance, and configuration layers that determine whether a platform scales.
Today, I'm most interested in the intersection of AI and enterprise design. How do we build intelligent systems that administrators trust? How do we surface AI capabilities in ways that are legible, controllable, and genuinely useful? These are the questions driving my work.
